Soft Tissue Case 8 ED Management

ED management includes controlling bleeding, ruling out infection, and referral to a dermatologist for confirmation of diagnosis and possible excision.

ED excision is not indicated.  Proper removal must be complete to prevent recurrence and persistent bleeding after excision.
